We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to lead the charge in client acquisition and growth. You’ll be at the frontline of the Open Moove mission - working with estate agents, brokers, and conveyancers across the UK to bring them onto the platform and ensure they thrive using it.

What you’ll do• Build and manage a pipeline of professionals (estate agents, conveyancers, brokers)
• Drive platform adoption through sales outreach, demos, and follow-ups
• Represent Open Moove at industry events and in meetings across the UK
• Work closely with our founders, product team, and account managers to feed insight back into the business
• Smash targets to unlock serious commission and share option rewards

• Experience in or understanding of the property sector is a major plus
