We’ll spend our days talking about bums, tums, loos, poos and most importantly guts. That’s because we help the 1 in 20 people in the UK who have dodgy guts to make good gut choices.
I need a Growth Marketer who can stomach the challenge, digest data like a pro, and flush out new opportunities to scale Gut Wealth. You’ll be the brains behind our growth strategy for our expanding product range, ensuring we’re always moving forward. We’re launching a new product mid-2025 so you’ll lead this campaign with all the support you need from a very energised founder.
Things I need you to be able to do:
- Develop and lead execution of growth strategies for product.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights—because nobody likes a blocked pipeline.
- Optimise campaigns to ensure they’re as effective as a high-fibre diet.
- Collaborate with agencies and delivery partners.
- Experiment with new channels and tactics—because sometimes you’ve got to push boundaries to see results.
- Take some risks to get eyes on our brand, and break down the poo taboo!
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in leading product growth marketing.
- A knack for turning data into actionable insights—no BS here.
- Ability to lead multiple projects at once (but knowing when to ask for help).
- A sense of humour is as beneficial as our bacteria.
