We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with a strong Front End focus to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product engineering team, you will play a crucial role in developing and scaling Proxy, our generalist agent, ensuring robust performance and a seamless user experience. Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, user-centric web application using React and TypeScript
- Create intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences following modern design principles
- Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems
- Build performant frontend architectures with state management solutions
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate Python/FastAPI endpoints
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and accessibility
- Contribute to user research and usability testing efforts
- Work closely with the designer team to implement pixel-perfect designs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus
- Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies
- Proficiency in UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Experience with Python and backend (FastAPI experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and debugging
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid grasp of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and engineers
Bonus Qualifications
- Knowledge of Wordpress and popular website creation platforms
- Contributions to design systems or component libraries
- Experience with frontend performance monitoring and analytics
- Understanding of SEO principles and optimization techniques
- Background in user research and usability testing
- Familiarity with AI/LLM integration in frontend applications
