We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead the development and expansion of a cutting-edge SaaS platform revolutionising visa services. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the product roadmap – Oversee the development of our SaaS platform, working with outsourced developers to ensure it’s powerful, seamless, and scalable.
  • Design & implement high-impact operations – Build smart, efficient processes to streamline visa applications, compliance, and client experiences.
  • Grow & lead an A-team – Build and nurture a high-performance team that thrives on innovation and execution.
  • Expand into new markets – Lead our charge into the sports industry, while strengthening our foothold in music and live events.
  • Drive financial growth – Own the P&L, optimize revenue streams, and ensure long-term profitability.
  • Build powerful partnerships – Cultivate relationships with government agencies, global clients, and industry players to position us as the market leader.
  • Champion compliance & security – Ensure we meet regulatory requirements, data protection laws, and industry best practices at all times.
