  The Role  

Pryme Financials Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Growth Manager to lead our digital marketing team and drive online growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, this person will manage all digital marketing efforts, including strategy development, campaign execution, data analysis, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, innovative, and adept at leveraging digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, growth hacking, and data-driven strategies to scale the company’s digital presence and overall business.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Growth Strategy Development & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital growth strategy that aligns with Pryme Financials Ltd’s overall business objectives.
  • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media, ensuring that efforts are integrated and aligned with growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth and other cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for digital channels, partnerships, and tools to accelerate growth.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, performance, and collaboration.
  • Oversee team performance by setting goals, KPIs, and targets, ensuring all digital marketing efforts are in line with company growth objectives.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, ensuring the team stays up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Performance Marketing & Acquisition

  • Manage and optimize all performance marketing campaigns (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels) to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Oversee customer journey mapping, funnel optimisation, and retargeting efforts to improve conversion rates and increase lifetime value.
  • Track, measure, and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and other growth metrics.

SEO, SEM & Organic Growth

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility across search engines.
  • Work with content teams to ensure that all digital assets are optimised for SEO, including website copy, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Implement SEM strategies to complement paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment between paid and organic search efforts.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to monitor and report on the performance of digital growth campaigns.
  • Analyse key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Lifetime Value) to provide actionable insights.
  • Regularly present detailed performance reports to the Head of Growth and senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for optimising digital strategy.

Digital Product & Platform Management

  • Collaborate with the Product, Tech, and UX/UI teams to ensure Pryme Financials’ digital platforms (website, app) provide an optimised user experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer engagement on digital platforms by implementing A/B testing, personalisation strategies, and behavioural analytics.
  • Lead the integration of marketing automation and CRM tools to enhance lead generation, nurturing, and customer retention.

Innovation & Growth Hacking

  • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives in growth hacking to test and implement non-traditional marketing techniques to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Experiment with new digital channels, platforms, and tactics to scale the company’s digital presence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Business Growth, Sales, and Product teams to ensure digital growth initiatives align with broader business goals.
  • Work with content and design teams to produce high-quality creative assets for digital campaigns.
  • Ensure that digital marketing efforts are fully aligned with offline marketing activities and partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing, growth strategies, and team management.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, social media, display advertising, email, SEO).
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO/SEM, customer acquisition, and conversion optimisation strategies.
  • Strong experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling digital marketing teams and campaigns in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable growth insights.
  • Experience in fintech or financial services is highly desirable.

Education

  • bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field is required.
  • master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
